Oolala Girth from Ghost

This is simply the most scrumptious and amazingly functional girth you'll ever find! Ordering the Oolala girth requires two measurements - the overall length as you would normally measure from buckle to buckle and the length of the center pad. This will allow you to have a girth that isn't bulky in your horse's armpit area. And most importantly, it can move with your horse. The pads are removeable for cleaning. The beauty of this girth is that you can choose the length of the center section depending if your horse is wide or narrow chested. You would choose the overall length the same as normal. But you can tweak as makes sense for a horse more sensitive in the armpit area. I have limited stock so will probably have to order, but I do have a couple sympanova backed girths in a "middle range" size that you can order and then return and order your correct dimensions and backing material if you are unsure about measuring. Stirrup Holders

Carry your saddle without stirrups banging into your shins! These nifty straps connect to the back dees and have a scissor snap so you can quickly secure your stirrups for saddling or carrying. The biothane version are made from beta biothane in the US. If you want to match your saddle material, choose the Ghost version and specify color/material in the comments - see https://badlandsequine.com/color-zones-and-materials - if needed. I keep some black Ghost ones in stock and I have a few in biothane colors from Moss Rock. If you want to get the biothane a bit faster, visit www.MossRockEndurance.com since I won't have them all the time.

Westip Girth

For those who have heard of Westip girths, which are popular in Europe, Ghost has teamed with Westip to make a custom elastic webbing with the Italian flag colors. The entire length is slightly elastic for comfortable grip to the horse. Great help if saddles slip front-back or side-side on your horse. These girths are also very thin, so if your horse is smaller or the saddle is likely to put the girth into the armpits of your horse, the Ghost Westip is a great choice. Girths are available in 5cm increments. 60cm is roughly 24".

Stirrup straps & keepers

These stirrup straps are thin, yet very strong. Made from granite biothane, they'll hold up longer than leather but don't create a bump under your leg. Even better when you run the buckle at the bottom and use the handy keeper to put the excess strap neatly out of the way.
The standard configuration Ghost stirrup straps are 1" granite biothane and can work with any stirrup style. These are the only Ghost stirrup straps that work with the English slip-on fenders.
If you prefer a webber style strap, check out the T-bar and Conway Straps.

English slip-on fenders

If you sometimes want the protection of a fender and sometimes want the freedom of riding with only a stirrup strap between you and your horse, the slip-on fender is a great option to save money as well add great convenience. These fenders will work best with Ghost or other thin biothane stirrup straps, not thick leathers, nor the T-straps or Conway buckle stirrup straps. Standard length of the channel is 14" / 36cm. If you need longer, you can use stirrup strap keepers to hold the fenders higher, or order 2" / 5cm longer. If you're short, we can order 2" / 5cm shorter. I typically only have the standard size in stock.
