Shipping & returns

Reminder, if you return a Ghost demo and are not in my region (Western states except WA, MT) your refund will be based upon actual shipping costs which may be greater than the demo fee.

Return Policy:
Non-custom items may be return in new/unused condition for full refund less shipping expenses. We highly suggest that saddles be demoed prior to purchase to avoid unexpected issues. I will facillitate the sale of custom saddles (those other than standard leather in black or brown or those with custom flap lengths etc) by listing on my used saddle pages and supporting a buyer through fitting advice. Cancelled standard saddle orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
