Marlene: GhostTreelessUSA@gmail.com. I check my email frequently and sorry, I've turned off my contact form due to excessive spam. On the odd chance I don't reply within 24 hours, please send another email or call. Occasionally Gmail decides one is randomly spam. I check my spam folders occasionally, but certainly not as often!
Facebook:  https://www.facebook.com/GhostUSA
I receive FB messages much slower, if at all, so email is best
Phone:
Please email me first since if you call, I will ask you to email me pics of you and your horse and direct you to the website for other information. I don't take credit card info over the phone as everything can be done on the website either on a product page or with the self pay invoice page. We can have a phone discussion after I have your details but if you have a question, my number is 541-588-0155 and I live on the west coast, so please do NOT call or text before 8am. Hours are Mon-Thurs 9-5 Pacific unless I'm riding.
If you're initiating contact regarding demoing a Ghost saddle, the best starting point is to email me with pics of your horse (full body, from the side on level ground, and if possible safely, from behind/above looking along the spine toward the shoulders). If you're not sure what angle thigh blocks you want, send a side pic of you riding in a typical position. Also, please check out the Model Overview and Current Inventory pages.

About:
Welcome to Badlands Equine, owned by Marlene Moss, and named after our home surrounded by the Badlands Wilderness near Bend, Oregon. Previously, I started Moss Rock Endurance, a business dedicated to designing and making custom biothane tack and providing other endurance products including EasyCare items and Free'n'Easy Saddles to endurance and trail riders. Lisa Douglass carried on the tradition when we moved on to owning a boarding facility and focusing on saddlefitting. We ran a 50-60 horse boarding facility which was hard work, but one of the most educational times of my life. I had opportunities to ride and train many horses, advancing my skills much faster than otherwise. We also learned so much about horse care and dealing with injuries and illness. Later, new friend Amanda bought Moss Rock and she's also a Ghost dealer.

Through all of this, endurance has been our steadfast goal. Some years allowed more riding than others, but we finally live in the perfect location with tons of trails for conditioning and lots of competitions nearby. This allows us to bring everything together! I love being able to help horse and rider with a comfortable way to share the miles together. I currently sell Ghost treeless made in Italy, an excellent choices for many riding styles and horse shapes and available with many customizations.

We've been competing in endurance and competitive trail riding since 2001. We changed our lives for this wonderful sport and are always happy to share our experiences with others and help them discover the fun!
